Attachments, kits, spare parts and the small stuff that makes the big equipment more useful.
This collection covers more ground than it looks like at first. Cable attachments, resistance kits and recovery tools live here, but so do weight-stack upgrades, spare cables, and Centr rig attachments. The rig attachments and cables are also listed in Rig Accessories and Parts respectively, so you'll see the same items in more than one place depending on how you got here.
Cable and rig attachments
If you've got a functional trainer or cable machine, this is where you expand what it can do. Lat pulldowns and rows need a bar. Go with the Black Steel Lat Bar if you want the sturdier steel version, or the Aluminum Lat Bar if weight matters more to you. For curls, there's a similar choice between the Dual Hook Curl Bar and the Aluminum EZ Curl Bar. The Revolving Straight Bar lets your grip rotate through the movement instead of staying locked, and the FT1SB Straight Bar is the dual hook version if that's what your machine takes. For handles, there's a choice between Multi-Ring D Handles and Rubber Grip D Handles, both sold individually.
Training ankles, hips or core specifically? The Ankle Cuff Attachment covers lower body isolation, the Ab Bar Attachment targets the midsection, and the Chin/Dip Belt adds or subtracts bodyweight on chin ups and dips. If you'd rather not buy six things separately, the Functional Trainer Accessory Kit bundles the common ones together. On the bench side, the Preacher Curl Attachment turns a compatible bench into an isolation station for biceps.
Weight stack upgrades and leg attachments
If your functional trainer or multi-gym feels light at the top end, the 5 lb Add-On Weight and 50 lb Weight Stack Add-On both extend a compatible weight stack rather than replacing it. For leg work specifically, the Leg Extension/Leg Curl Attachment adds a dedicated station to a compatible bench, and if you're fitting it to an FT2 or FT2 PRO, you'll also need the Leg Conversion Kit to connect the two. Keeping loose attachments off the floor is what the Accessory Base is for.
Kits and recovery
The Centr Workout Kit and Centr Fitness Kit are close cousins, both bands, tubes and handles for a full session anywhere. The Core Kit is built specifically for ab and stability work rather than general resistance training. The Bodyweight Training Kit anchors to a doorway and uses your own bodyweight, and the Strength Training Kit covers suspension work and loaded conditioning. For after training rather than during it, the Centr Recovery Kit is a six-piece mobility and self-massage set for warm-ups and cooldowns.
Bands and everyday extras
The CFB fabric bands come in three resistance levels for warm-ups and mobility, while the CTB bands with handles suit pulling and pressing movements more directly. Add a jump rope for conditioning between sets, or a weighted backpack for rucking and loaded carries outside.
Centr rig attachments
Six attachments here also live in the dedicated Rig Accessories collection, which has the fuller writeup on each one. The short version: the Rotational Trainer Landmine adds landmine work without permanently using rig space, Lower Band Peg Attachments give you low anchor points for bands, the Dip Step Anchor combines a dip station and a step, Double Play handles bar storage and a battle rope anchor in one mount, and Bar Catch and Bar Support give you resting points for barbells mid-lift.
Spare cables
Six replacement cables for the FT2 and SCS machines live here and in Parts, which has the details on matching the right cable to the right position on your machine. Storage for plates and bars, like the Bumper Plate and Bar Storage Tree, is also listed in Benches & Racks.
HYROX turf flooring
If you're laying down turf for sled and running work, the turf underlay is the supportive base layer, and the permanent double-sided tape secures it for a fixed installation rather than something you roll up after each session.
Need the equipment these actually attach to? That's in Home Gyms, Multi-Gyms, and Benches & Racks. Attachment points aren't universal, so check what your machine takes before ordering anything cable-based.
Questions people usually ask
Will this attachment fit my machine?
It depends on the machine. Attachment sizes and hook styles vary, so check yours before ordering rather than assuming.
Kit or individual attachment, which one?
If you know exactly which movement you're missing, buy that one attachment. If you're starting from nothing, a kit is cheaper than buying the same pieces separately.
Why do some of these also show up in other collections?
The rig attachments and spare cables are grouped here for convenience, but each has its own dedicated collection (Rig Accessories and Parts) with more detail if that's specifically what you're after.
Can I use the landmine attachment without a Centr rig?
No. It's built for Centr rig uprights specifically, so check your rack's dimensions match before buying.
Do I need the leg conversion kit if I already own the leg extension/curl attachment?
Only if you're fitting it to an FT2 or FT2 PRO. Check compatibility on both product pages before ordering either on its own.
