The Vertical Ground Rotational Trainer Landmine adds loaded rotational training to a compatible Centr rig without permanently occupying floor space. The upright-mounted sleeve accepts a standard Olympic bar and pivots smoothly through multi-planar movement.

Use it for landmine presses, rows, twists, anti-rotation drills and full-body strength work. When the session is finished, the attachment folds back against the upright to keep training lanes clear.
