Return Policy
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have physically received the product. You do not need to provide a reason.
To comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient to submit your return or withdrawal request before the 30-day period has expired.
Order Cancellation
If you made a mistake when placing your order, you have 15 minutes after submitting the order to cancel it.
How to Return or Withdraw Your Order
To exercise your right of withdrawal or initiate a return, you can use our online customer account page:
Through your customer account, you can access your order and request a return where available. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may be able to request cancellation through the online flow once this feature is available.
You may also notify us with a clear statement by email at orders@centrfitness.eu. You may use the return form template, but this is not mandatory.
If you contact us by email, please include the following details:
- Your order number
- Your address
- The product or products you want to return
- The product weight, if the product weighs more than 10kg
- Your preferred return method, if applicable
Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of the product.
- Returns up to 10kg are free of charge.
- For products weighing more than 10kg, the customer provides return shipping and a custom return fee may apply. This fee depends on the shipping distance and the product's weight. If you need to return a product over 10kg, please contact us at orders@centrfitness.eu to discuss the return process and applicable fees.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- No products are marked as final sale under this return policy.
Refunds
If you return your full order, we will refund all payments made, including the initial standard shipping costs. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery method will not be refunded.
If you only return part of your order, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your return or withdrawal request. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you request otherwise. No additional costs will be charged for the refund.
Returning the Products
You must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of your return or withdrawal request. The return is valid as long as the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for any depreciation in product value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
