The Dip Step Anchor pair adds three functions to a compatible Centr rig: a dip station, a step for accessing overhead training points and low anchors for bands, battle ropes and suspension training.
Each piece hooks onto a lifting upright and locks with a spring pin. Reinforced gusset plates support regular commercial use while keeping the attachment removable and compact.

Mounting note: Install the pair on suitable lifting uprights, not where it blocks wall-ball targets, walkways or adjacent training stations. Confirm both spring pins are locked before dips, step-ups or anchored training. The product is also specified for compatible X-RACK and X-CAGE uprights.
