The Centr Perform Series Rower is a commercial-grade air rowing machine built for full-body cardio, endurance and high-intensity conditioning. Its air-resistance system responds to the force of each stroke, while 10 damper settings let you adjust the feel of the pull for technique work, steady sessions or harder intervals.
A long, stable rail supports smooth movement through the drive and recovery phases. The backlit LCD console keeps key performance data visible, and Bluetooth connectivity supports compatible wireless heart-rate monitoring.

Console metrics
The display tracks strokes per minute, pulse, time, watts, calories per hour, average watts, distance, cycle data, 500 m pace and average 500 m pace. Bluetooth allows compatible heart-rate devices to add intensity feedback during training.
Training possibilities
Use longer steady rows to build aerobic capacity, structured 500 m or 1,000 m intervals for pace development, and short powerful efforts for conditioning. Rowing also works well in mixed circuits with strength and bodyweight exercises.

Care and training support
Place the rower on a stable indoor surface with enough clearance for the full rail. Wipe the handle, seat, rail and foot area after use, and inspect the chain, strap, footrests and fasteners regularly. The rower includes 30 days of guided Centr Coach training.
