The Centr 3 Home Gym with FLB2B Weight Bench combines a dual-stack functional trainer, selectorized Smith machine and adjustable folding bench in one complete strength-training package. It is designed for home gyms that need cable training, guided barbell-style movement and supported bench exercises without buying each component separately.
Two 75 kg selectorized stacks provide 150 kg total resistance. The cable stations offer 30 pulley positions, while the Smith bar connects directly to the stacks for fast resistance changes without Olympic plates. The included bench moves between decline, flat and four incline positions.

Training possibilities
Use the cable stations for presses, flyes, rows, pulldowns, arm work, rotations and lower-body exercises. Move to the Smith bar for guided squats, lunges, presses and calf raises. Position the bench flat or inclined for supported pressing, chest-supported rowing and seated accessory work.

Complete the setup

Care and placement
Install the system on a level indoor surface with enough clearance for the Smith bar, pulley arms and bench. Inspect cables, pulleys, selector pins, bench adjustments and safety positions regularly. Wipe all contact surfaces after use. New Centr members receive three months of Centr digital membership.
