Build explosive power with the Centr x HYROX Perform Series Foam Plyo Box. Rotate the box to choose one of three training heights for box jumps, step-ups and progressive plyometric work. Its EPE foam core absorbs impact from missed jumps, while the soft PVC cover helps protect your shins. A slip-resistant surface and clear height markings support confident setup and stable footing.

  • Compact: 40.6 × 45.7 × 50.8 cm (16 × 18 × 20 in); training heights 40.6, 45.7 and 50.8 cm (16, 18 and 20 in). Product weight: 3.5 kg. Weight capacity: 81 kg.
  • Performance: 50.8 × 61 × 76.2 cm (20 × 24 × 30 in); training heights 50.8, 61 and 76.2 cm (20, 24 and 30 in). Product weight: 5.9 kg. Weight capacity: 120 kg.

Built for training

The box arrives fully assembled. Its EPE foam core, soft PVC cover and slip-resistant surface are designed for repeated use in home gyms and commercial training environments, including HYROX Training Zones. A 30-day Centr Coach trial is included for guided training.
