The Inspire Fitness SCS Smith Cage System is a complete strength training station that combines a power rack, Smith machine, and multi-pulley functional trainer in one compact unit.

Built for versatile full-body training, the SCS gives users the option to train with the integrated Smith bar or with their own Olympic bar.
